Girls and women color their hands, arms and feet with henna and put on the flashy apparels to look as beautiful as they can.

A grand pageant can be seen on streets of Jaipur in which everyone participates with whole hearts. In the procession, a brilliantly decorated idol of Teej is the center of attraction. Markets become enormously sparkling in this season. One can grab as much gifts as desired from the numerous shops offering a wide variety of items.
