Pruris are extremely oily as they are deep fried in a pan full of edible oil. The wheat bubbles are fried till it gets a particular color.

Khud khargosh

Khud Khasrgosh needs a rabbit or hare which is cooked in a pit. The dish is especially meant for Rajput tribe who are served this dish in the months of summer. The meat is stuffed with various spices, and then draped in dough before putting it into the pit.


Lassi

The yogurt is whipped until some butter come out of it. It is also called buttermilk which is very refreshing drink.
