Birla Lakshmi Narayan Temple is one of the influential establishments of Jaipur. The front appearance of the temple is truly alluring in the period of night when the entire temple is covered in sparkling bulbs. The enticing edifice came into existence in the year of 1988 and it was Birla Group of Industries which built it. It is principally devoted to Lord Vishnu (Narayan) and Lakshmi(Goddess of wealth). The most excellent quality of pure white marble is used in the construction of the temple.

If we step inside the Birla Lakshmi Narayan Temple, the eye-catching glass windows illustrate the importance of Hindu mythology. The idols looks extremely lively which gives an impression that they would start speaking any moment. Among all the idols, the effigy of Ganesha looks more or less transparent. One can find the works of significant historical philosophers and religious saints like Socrates, Zarathustra, Christ, Buddha, and Confucius.

The temple is surrounded by verdant gardens which make the temple look exquisite in bird’s eye view. The walls of the temple are engraved marvelously with various hindu symbols and quotes from the Gita and the Upanishads. Whereas the interior design of the temple describe the mythological events.
